Sound familiar?

Growth stalls where estimating lives in one person's head.

Three things quietly cap most tree companies. None of them is a you problem — they're a tooling problem.

The bottleneck

You're the only one who can quote it right.

Every reliable estimate takes a truck roll and years of crew-efficiency instinct — so the business can only grow as fast as you can drive.

The time sink

Price shoppers eat your calendar.

You drive across town to homeowners who were only ever going to hire the cheapest bid — time you never get back.

The middleman

Someone else owns your pricing traffic.

The “how much does tree work cost?” searches you should own get captured by Angi and Modernize — who rent those leads back to you at a premium.

What changes

Three things that give you your week back.

01

Estimate reliably — without being the expert.

The pricing logic lives in the software, not in one person's head. Configure your rates once (or calibrate them from real jobs), and a salesperson who's never run a chainsaw can produce a firm, consistent number.

Your experts set the rules. Your team runs the play — and focuses on closing.

02

Kill the drive time.

A virtual estimate has the homeowner collect the guided photos, measurements, and site-access details you'd normally drive out for — submitted right from their phone.

Build a reliable estimate from your desk. Save the truck roll for jobs worth winning.

03

Own your leads — and screen out price shoppers.

Answer “how much does tree work cost?” yourself with an instant online range. You capture the lead instead of Angi, and the homeowner helps you gather what you need to quote.

Cost-only shoppers self-select out. Real prospects raise their hand.

The plan — three steps

Capture. Collect. Close.

One seamless path from a curious homeowner to a signed job — no re-keying, no windshield time in the middle.

  1. 01

    Capture

A lead, not a form fill

A homeowner lands on your estimator, pins their trees on a satellite view, and gets an instant measured range. You get a named, contactable lead with the price already set.

  2. 02

    Collect

The drive-out data, without the drive

Prompt them through a virtual estimate — guided photos, measurements, and site access, submitted from their phone. Everything you'd normally roll a truck to gather.

  3. 03

    Close

    Firm number, signed same day

Anyone on your team turns it into a firm price and a soft guardrail band in the field app, then sends a branded, signable proposal — before the day is over.

One platform, two apps

Quote online. Price in the field. Same platform.

Homeowners get an instant range that turns them into leads. Your crew turns those leads into firm, signed jobs — without re-keying a thing.

Online Estimator Homeowner-facing

Your lead-generating estimator

A branded quoting flow on your own site. Homeowners get a real tiered price range behind a lead gate — so every quote becomes a name, a number, and an urgency you can call.

Field App Contractor-facing

Your field-pricing app

Standing in the driveway, turn a measured trunk diameter into a firm number and a soft guardrail band — then send a signable proposal before you leave.

  • DBH rate matrix
  • Photo + GPS capture
  • AI species classifier
  • E-signature proposals

Why it wins

Two things almost nothing else in tree care can say.

◎ MEASURED

Measured from space, not guessed.

Tree heights come from aerial LiDAR data with a confidence score on every pin. It makes your quote credible before a truck ever rolls — and it's a claim your competitors, still saying "call for a free estimate," simply can't make.

↗ ATTRIBUTED

Know which ad actually opened the job.

Every lead carries an ordered history of the visits that led to it — the postcard, then the Google click, in sequence — plus a conversion value your ad platforms can bid on. Most tools flatten that into one row. This keeps the order, which is the part that tells you where to spend.

Questions, answered

The parts contractors ask about first.

Can someone who isn't an arborist actually estimate with this?

Yes — that's the whole point. The rate logic lives in the software, not in one person's head. You set your pricing once (or we help you calibrate it from real completed jobs), and from then on a trained salesperson enters what they see and gets a firm, consistent number with a guardrail band. Your experts set the rules; your team runs the play.

How does pricing work?

One credit balance powers everything — leads, virtual estimates, and AI features — and you watch it in your dashboard. New accounts start free. Stay pay-as-you-go and buy credit packs when you need them, or subscribe to Pro ($199/mo, 300 credits) or Premium ($349/mo, 700 credits) for a monthly allotment plus bonus credits on every top-up. A captured lead is 5 credits, a virtual estimate 10; a failed action refunds automatically.

What does “measured from space” actually mean?

Tree heights are derived from aerial LiDAR elevation data — the same kind of survey data used to map terrain. Each measurement comes with a confidence score, and where coverage is thin, the homeowner confirms the size themselves. It's a real measurement, presented as a range and confirmed on-site.

Do homeowners install anything?

No. Each contractor gets a standalone estimator at their own subdomain. Homeowners just open the link — on a phone or a laptop — and go.

How large an area does it cover?

One service market per subscription. You set a service-area radius; homeowners outside it fall back to a polite contact form instead of a quote.

Is homeowner data handled compliantly?

Every lead carries a TCPA consent checkbox with a timestamp, and each estimator ships with auto-generated privacy, terms, and cookie policies. Optional consent mode blocks tracking until a homeowner accepts.

How do leads reach me?

Instantly — by email and SMS to whichever recipients you configure, in your dashboard, and optionally POSTed to a webhook so they drop straight into your CRM.
